XXXIV Inter-American Course Registration
Early Registration
Pre-registered ophthalmologists may obtain registration materials on Saturday, November 17, at the course registration desk, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the InterContinental Hotel, Miami.
New Registrants
Standard registration hours are 8:00-9:30 a.m., Sunday, November 18, at the InterContinental Hotel for both new and pre-registered participants.
Registration Fee
Received on or before October 31, 2012, US $450
Received after October 31, 2012, US $550
Payment may be made in the form of:
- Cashier’s check
Payable in U.S. dollars to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute/Curso.
No personal checks, please. - Major credit card: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
In case of cancellation, registration fees are not refundable.
