Early Registration

Pre-registered ophthalmologists may obtain registration materials on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the course registration desk in front of the Grand Ballroom at the hotel, from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

New Registrants

Standard registration hours are 7:50- 8:50 a.m., Sunday, November 19, in front of the Grand Ballroom at the hotel for both new and pre-registered participants.

Registration Fee

Received on or before October 27, 2017, US $575
Received after October 27, 2017, US $675
Payment may be made in the form of:

    No personal checks, please.

In case of cancellation, registration fees are not refundable.
