XXXV Inter-American Course Registration

Early Registration

Pre-registered ophthalmologists may obtain registration materials on Saturday, November 23, at the course registration desk, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the InterContinental Hotel, Miami.

New Registrants

Standard registration hours are 8:00-9:30 a.m., Sunday, November 24, at the InterContinental Hotel for both new and pre-registered participants.

Registration Fee

Received on or before November 4, 2013, US $450
Received after November 4, 2013, US $550
Payment may be made in the form of:

  • Major credit card: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
    No personal checks, please.

In case of cancellation, registration fees are not refundable.
