50th Annual Residents’ Days

Bascom Palmer Eye Institute invites you to join us this June for our 50th Annual Residents’ Days meeting which will be held in honor of Victor T. Curtin, MD. The Residents’ Days program provides an educational forum for Bascom Palmer residents, fellows, faculty, and alumni to present clinical and basic science research. It will be held at the Jose Berrocal Auditorium at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL on June 13-14, 2014.

Course Description

This program is designed for the residents, fellows, faculty and alumni of the Department of Ophthalmology, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and community ophthalmologists. Participants will be updated on new instrumentation available and also on the progress of on-going clinical studies and research and their effects on the treatment of patients. Didactic presentations will be augmented with audiovisuals in addition to question/answer periods.

Special Tribute to Dr. Victor T. Curtin

As part of the celebrations we will be paying special tribute to Dr. Curtin during the meeting. Please contact Marla Bercuson at mbercuson@med.miami.edu if you would like to send a video tribute to Dr. Curtin.
