Observership

International Clinical Observership Program

Bascom Palmer Eye Institute offers an International Clinical Observership Program for select physicians from countries outside the United States. The program focuses on enhancing knowledge in ophthalmic subspecialties including cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics, pathology, pediatric ophthalmology and retina. As part of the observership, doctors are permitted to observe the activities of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute which include surgery, scheduled conferences and Grand Rounds. Observerships may last anywhere from two weeks to six months. To learn more about our Observer Program, please download the brochure.
