Symptoms and diagnosis of Uveitis

The symptoms include pain, blurred vision, redness, floaters, or sensitivity to light.

Uveitis is diagnosed through a routine eye examination using an ophthalmoscope. If an ophthalmologist suspects uveitis, he or she may request lab tests, imaging, or take a sample of fluid from inside the eye.
